Yes, good question.. you need to contact verizon for the upgrade and price
change. I just did and it only took a minute.. (of course, the upgrade
is going to take a few days ... I was told 3-5 days)
call 1-800-567-6789 for the speed upgrade and drop to $34.95... they told
me that you need to call regular verizon (check your phone bill or website
for #) for the $5 off if you have one of the package plans, although some
people you speak to via the above number may be able to do the reduction
to $29.95 automatically.. (i.e. be more clueful)
