I can envision someone slipping denial of service code into their software before they post it for download. "Wow, your PC was hacked? Can I see your logs?" One message goes out on the subscriber network and 40,000 agents start knocking on that person/entity's door. Okay, I admit that if it happens and it goes to court, the argument, "But, they hacked me first" probably won't stand up. It doesn't quite fit under "self-defense". :) Eugene _________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug
