Right, but Web-based mail uses your existing e-mail address.  For 
example, when I'm at home I check my mail using IMAP through Mozilla's 
mail client.  When I'm not at home, I can check the same mail using 
Neomail through any Web browser.

Just check to see if your ISP offers Web-based mail.
