Well, the place bills itself as "socially responsible" and gives away web access to poor folks and so on. It looks like it's a regular corporation, not a non-profit, but operates like a non-profit. So I'd expect lower salaries. In return you get a warm fuzzy feeling. Nonetheless this is very very low for an "expert-level" coder. I just got a job after many months of searching, and I can tell you that the web programming jobs I looked at were all at least 45K, and often much more. 32K is reasonable for a secretary/receptionist. In today's market, though, I'm sure they'll get applicants.
