I have a hub, but I'd rather not use it because it takes up space and generates heat.


In the past I used some kind of utility to create firewall rules, but I forgot what it's called.

Since I would need to buy another NIC to make the GNU/Linux router work, I'm considering buying a $30 D-Link wireless router. Of course, if I find a cheap NIC, I'll go that route.
