401 is not really a colo for just a server ;P  We have a racks at 401
and a whole floor 1309 and its not cheap ;P

Depends on what your views of cheap are.  I work for NetCarrier, and
were pretty ok on pricing depending on how much bandwidth you want.  We
have man'ed colos and you have 24/7 access. We sell by rack.  1/4 1/2 or
a whole rack.

You could try DCAnet.

They have (or had) a facility in Old City. No idea about space or 
costs, however.

Most of the rest of the world is at 401 North Broad. ... but I don't 
think that location is cheap...:) good bandwith availability though!
