BTW: For those who don't know, 401 North Broad is the "Telecom Hotel" or "carrier hotel" in the City.

Simply put, all of the major carriers and dark-fibre providers in Philadelphia located there. Internet2 connectivity is available (through Magpi.net) as well as the commercial internet, plus pretty much anything else in the communications arena.

SunGuard also has a major disaster recovery facility there.
