Yep... just add testing (sarge) and/or unstable (sid) repositories to /etc/apt/sources.list.

Mine as an example:

<snip>
cwaters@ferret:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ unstable main non-free contrib
deb ftp://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US main contrib non-free

deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
deb ftp://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US testing/non-US main contrib non-free

deb ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ stable main non-free contrib
deb ftp://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US stable/non-US main contrib non-free

deb http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main contrib non-free

</snip>

And if it complains about not enough space for cache, add more in
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/70debconf

<snip>

//More apt-cache
APT::Cache-Limit 25165824; (random big num)

</snip>
