What about using a command like "ssh domainname -p portnumber"?  So, 
ssh'ing to port 2200, for example, would point to port 22 on the 
internal machine.  Ports 2201 and 2202 could point to the other 
machines.  As long as the domain name resolves to the IP of the firewall 
it should work.
