[PLUG] nfs troubles

Thanks to all those on the list who responded about my 40 gig hard drive. I have it up and mounted on my mail/web server. Everything is working great hard drive wise, but I am having some trouble with NFS. NFS appears to be configured properly on the linux box, and I can mount my drive on a Solaris box, but some curious things are happening.

When I mount the share on Solaris the only file that appears is lost+found. I don't even know what that is. This isn't a case of permissions because the drive is world readable.

I am also trying to mount this share on a mac running os x. I am using NFS manager, a gui for NFS on os x. Once again, the share appears to be mounted, but I cannot access the share from my mac.

Thanks,

Michael
