[PLUG] .el to vim converter?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a method (or some software) by which one can convert
an Emacs Lisp syntax higlighting definition file to a Vim syntax
highlighting definition file, short of figuring out the syntax and
learning both highlighting formats? Is there an automated converter for
such tasks? This project came with a .el for highlighting in Emacs, but
there doesn't appear to be a Vim syntax highlighting definition for it
anywhere. TIA! :)
