I accept spam from MyPoints. I click on an ad and get points for it. If I buy something I get a bunch of points. Once the points build up I can exchange them for a gift certificate. So, maybe, for me, the micro payment idea would work. But, I don't think regular individuals (not that I am one of those) should have to pay.
