[PLUG] Rights Question

Hi:

I have ironed out most of my Smaba issues and everything is working 
great, except security.

I understand what each of the rights means, but is there a method where 
I can learn all the users and groups given rights to any file or directory?

I can see the rwx (read write execute) for each file and dir using ls 
-al.  Is there a way to veiw which groups.  A flag for chown of chgrp
