According to http://www.openldap.org/faq/data/cache/572.html :

Note also the redhat 7.1 comes with a few outside the standard ones that
are shipped with Openldap.

http://rcfile.org/ldap/schema/ is the link provided on the same page,
but it's having problems loading for me.  I would just copy them in if
you already have them.
