Time::HiRes sounds like what you want. It implements usleep(), as well as
a microsecond-resolution gettimeofday().

Subject: [PLUG] perl question
This may not be the place to ask a perl question, but
here it goes. Is there a way to grab a more accurate
time, then the time function provides? Perhaps
providing milliseconds? Also, is there a way to
"sleep" for a unit less than a second? Thank you!
