[PLUG] OT: Supercircles paper and photos (as discussed at PLUG meeting)

The paper on Supercircles that I discussed with several people after the
last PLUG meeting is available at

The paper was approved for publication in the peer reviewed Proceedings
of the Bridges conference (http://www.sckans.edu/~bridges) which will
take place in Kansas this summer.
