Great suggestion Paul, I am rocking and rolling at 150k/sec from Taiwan. Now
instead of 12 hours a CD I can actually have these downloaded and burned
before I go home today.

Actually, I would suggest Asia right now.  For example, I think it is 
3:30am in Japan right now.  Their servers shouldn't be that busy.
