As a network operator, I must take issue with this statement. Just as there
seems to be no shortage of corporations which appear incapable of securing
their Unix boxes, there also seems to be a large number of organizations
which appear incapable of locking down their routers to prevent unauthorized
access. You'd be amazed at how many routers don't use ACLs to limit login
attempts from bastion hosts, and which use weak passwords such as "letmein",
or "cisco".
