Title: RE: [PLUG] Help Wanted
There are two designations for areas of the city.
One. is based on broad and market, North, South, West
and Center city (I'm guessing East phila). (old city mappings)
The other is based on expansion of the city of the city
North East, North West, South West (newer city mappings)
