[PLUG] PostgreSQL + pgAccess on windows?

Has anyone used PostgreSQL with pgAccess (GUI frontend), 
who can compare them with MS Access?
Any information on how user-friendly pgAccess is, and 
how well they work on Win2K, would be apppreciated.
