Perhaps unrelated, but the mouse now moves much faster. I haven't found a prefs file or configuration option to change the speed with which my mouse moves. Is that running a 2.6 kernel? The move from 2.4 to 2.6 will make the mouse move much faster because the HZ value is now 1000 on 2.6, whereas it was 100 on 2.4. You just have to dial down the mouse sensitivity to fix it (should be in GNOME Menu->Preferences->Mouse in the Speed tab). - -- Tobias DiPasquale 202A 04C4 2CE6 B985 8520 88D6 CD25 1A6C B9B5 1595 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (Darwin) iD8DBQFBVGctzSUabLm1FZURAi6MAJ4htVVpaF/1I9DoOWtiGFswKlG1nwCdHUoA ipU0AEnJlmW1EkzG1kBYwVQ= =LTte -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
