Actually someone brought it to my attention only a few minutes before I received your plug email. We only have a few older Dell laptops and all have the recalled power cords. It is always interesting to me how companies handle recalls. I read an article about a year ago regarding corporate reaction to recalls. If the faulty part leads to dangerous circumstances which leads to law suits that will cost the company LESS then the recall, they wont make a recall. I am not sure if this is entirely true, but it is an interesting business practice none the less.
