Any book recommendations for C++ specifically on Linux?

I haven't done C++ in ages, but I asked in a forum I'm a member of,
and got this response:

- Not sure about linux-specific stuff...but I'm a big fan of "Effective
C++",
- "More Effective C++", "Effective STL", "Exceptional C++", "More
Exceptional
- C++", "C++ FAQs", "C++ Coding Standards", "Modern C++ Design" (for a
- mindfuck, mostly).
- And I hear "Generic Programming and the STL" is pretty decent.
- Also google for the "C++ FAQ Lite" for some very good resources by
the same
- guy who does the C++ FAQs book.

Hope that helps. -- Eric
