[PLUG] aacraid in 64-bit PCI mode problems

I'm having trouble getting my Adaptec 2200S card running in 64 bit mode using stock aacraid from 2.6.9 (also tried 2.4.29) and in a PCI-X slot...

Here's my 'lspci' output:

root@somehost:~# lspci -v -s 02:02.0
02:02.0 RAID bus controller: Adaptec AAC-RAID (rev 01)
       Subsystem: Adaptec 2200S (Vulcan)
Flags: bus master, 66Mhz, slow devsel, latency 248, IRQ 9
       Memory at f0000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64M]
Expansion ROM at <unassigned> [disabled] [size=32K]
Capabilities: [80] Power Management version 2

(The card can only run at 66Mhz so I'm not worried about that. The card is a 64-bit PCI card that can run at 66Mhz when in a PCI-X slot)

Is anyone familiar with running any adaptec cards in 64 bit mode under linux? I see alot of possibly pertinent 'setpci' options in my pci.h, but nothing is jumping out at me... Would anyone like to beat me with the clue stick perhaps?

TIA.
