I connect to exchange 2003 with the connector at work and would be glad
to help.
Couple things you should know though
1.) The connector actually uses Outlook Web Access to connect so that
has to be running.
2.) The connector dosn't load shared calendar's yet, so you can't see
anyone calendar but you own
