Here is something that wasn't planned in the overeall cost I'll bet...



Battery and/or solar power backup for all network equipment sufficient to assure continuous operation at full power and functionality for a period of not less than eight (8) hours in the absence of utility power.




How much will it cost to supply and/or upkeep all those batteries?
Solar cells would be just as expensive, then I see a new crime wave, stealing the solar cells.

8 hours of operation for a transmitting unit, that's A LOT of power to store.
