Odd.  That's an error from the USB controller module, which shouldn't (I
would think) error on a poweroff of a connected device.  Anybody who
knows USB have an idea?

I believe it's harmless (looking at drivers/usb/host/uhci-hcd.c in
kernel source) - does it resume normally when you power it back on?
