You can pin the sources to different priorities.  man apt_preferences, I
believe, has the details.  The syntax is not pretty, and easy to get
wrong.  As I don't think any of my implementations have been very good,
I won't start you off wrong.  If you can't make heads or tails of the man
page, write back and I'll try to dust off that part of my brain.
