Yeah I know what you mean. I have two lines from DCA.net so I end up paying
verizon something like $30/mo for the privelege.. but it's worth it. They'll
give you a routed /29 block if you ask for it, and I pay a little extra for
a /28. I do have packet-based outgoing load-balancing set up on my router,
thanks to the nth and ROUTE patches to iptables, so I can get 1.5mbit
upstream on whatever ports I choose.. it rocks :)
