[PLUG] Dell part needed

I need the part on a Dell motherboard that the heatsink clips to. It's a small black rectangle that sits around the processor. It's for a Dimension 2350, although I'm sure any recent Dimension motherboard will work. This would be greatly appreciated and I'd like to get it free but am willing to pay if you have the right part.
