Just to let you know, I tried everything that everyone suggested.
I spoke to DCANET tech support on Monday, and the upshot was:
"It's either Verizon or your modem, and I'm leaning towards it being
your modem. I'm shipping you out another one - a WesTel. We don't use
Zooms any more..."
Just my luck, I probably got the last Zoom on the stack.
