[PLUG] k3b problems

(Sorry for the html, but I thought it would make this easier to read.)

I am trying to use k3b.  I have successfully used xcdroast and gnomebaker on this system with the same media I am now trying to use.  Here is the k3b output:

</long version>

Here is what I think the problem is:

<short version>
...
/usr/bin/cdrecord: Trying to use ultra high speed medium on improper writer.
...
ATIP info from disk:
...
Disk sub type: Ultra High speed Rewritable media (2)
...
</short version>

But this is 24x media and this is a 52x/24x cdwriter and has written to this media before.

Any ideas?
