After getting Doug's email, I called Verizon, and they upgraded my
connection. No mention of a change in contract or fees. They only had
to check to see if my lines could handle it.
It took
* 24 minutes to get a human on the phone
* 1 minute to make my request
* 1 minute to check out the lines
* and two hours (maybe less) to deliver on the change.
I needed to wait 2 hours, run adsl-stop, reboot the modem, run
adsl-start, and done.
