I've bought a half dozen or more computers from them over the last 2 
years, most
running Linux.   I only buy the mid-range systems with ASUS motherboards
and all name-brand components, and avoid shared-memory systems.  Never a
problem that wasn't immediatly resolved.

I've worked with Paul, and Lily.  No sales people here.  All techs.
