i don't think it will, but i had been meaning to take a look at this
software for a while, so i read through the documentation anyway :)

as what i can only chalk up to good geek karma, i found in the freenx
documentation a link to this site:

	x11vnc: a VNC server for real X displays 
	http://www.karlrunge.com/x11vnc/

which is exactly what i want.  so, thanks for the help, even if
it was indirect :)
