[PLUG] Finally, a crossable adapter....


Title: Finally, a crossable adapter....
Word of caution....I just received this specific adapter, and it's missing pins 4,5,7 & 8, making
  it unusable with 1gb and full duplex connections :(
 
At least they were cheap enough to try, but should work fine with a standard 10/100 connection.
