I've been using http://1and1.com for a few years now for a few personal
sites. I havent had to interact with support too much, but I'm happy with
their offerings.

http://hostmysite.com/ is another web host that seems to be getting big
these days - They are a local company in Wilmington - I know a few
employees there, and they seem to like it there. It seems to be a pretty
solid company.
