I think Monday, April 17th is fine. Regarding MontcoLUG's bi-monthly
meeting schedule, April is their off month, anyway.

I like using the third week to split up the monthly calendar from
the PLUG meetings at USP, and also using a day other than Wednesday.
Monday is a good choice except for the conflict with MontcoLUG every
other month, and with the rare Philadelphia Perl Monger's meeting.
Tuesday tends to conflict with either the Philly on Rails group or the
AgilePhilly group. Friday probably isn't a good choice right before
the weekend. Try for third Thursday?
I never could get the hang of Thursdays.
