Re: [PLUG] Sparc Keyboard

Quoth John Fiore, on 04/08/06 20:12:
I recently acquired a Sun ultrasparc and would like to put linux on it;
however, it uses a proprietary sort of keyboard I do not own. Does
anyone have an extra such keyboard they would be willing to part with,
or know where I could obtain one cheaply?

Have you checked ebay? I got mine there, and I don't think that I
paid more than $20 for it.

Yes, I checked. At the time, the cheapest was ~14.95 + 9.99 shipping and handling. While not rediculous, my friend from Ohio who gave me the system said that was a bit high. Thus I thought I would pick the collective brain of the list to see if there were any better options out there.

You could try the serial console thing, but isn't it more fun having a keyboard with the control key in the right place?
