SFU (Microsoft Windows Services for UNIX) provides an NFS Server along
with a bunch of other stuff. It's all aimed at getting UNIX users to
interoperate with Windows and migrate eventually.

Micosoft's NFS is SMB, so they obviously never implemented the UNIX NFS on
their OSs.
