[PLUG] firefox and "send page" 

I recently upgraded from mozilla version something or other (Version:
2:1.7.8-1sarge2) to firefox.

Notably absent is "send page".  I haven't been able to find any
rational for this on the web, only a few other complaints about its
absence.  Anyone know the story, or if there's a way to get it back?
