Hi Guys

Thanks for the help..
I bought stuff from newegg over 5 or 6 years ago..Since that time I believed that they went bankrupt and reorged and etc...who owns them nowadays?  
Seems that they haven't changed much huh...in the past they were pretty good as well..

I had a motherboard that was DOA and it was no sweat getting it
replaced. I bought the wrong part once, and even after I opened it and
tried installing it, I called them up and told them exactly what
happened and they exchanged it.
