[PLUG] mozilla & dst issues?

has anyone seen any mozilla / PHP session  issues possibly related to the DST switch? 

i've got websites that only want to create 0 Kb php session files. Oddly, a machine that was left on all weekend was still able to write a session file with data - so they could log into the site. all the other systems can't.
