[PLUG] Double Layer CDs on Linux

I have had no luck burning a double layer disc from a 7.9 GB ISO using k3b or
k9copy. Single layer burns seem to work fine.

k9copy documentation seems non-existent.

When I use it "intuitively" the "copy" button does nothing. No error,
nothing.

I am not married to k3b/k9copy if there are any other suggestions.

Here is the output of k3b's errors.
