RE: [PLUG] FS: 20" monitor

I think the reason people, myself included, are hesitant about making an
offer is due to using the starting price to determine the offer. You say
$300 or best offer, I think best offer based on the fact that you want
$300 is no lower than $200. $200 is more than I'm willing to pay for a
CRT so why waste my time with the offer and possibly offending you by
making such a low offer in comparison to what you asked for? But that's
just me and maybe why others do the same.
I can't go to a yard sale and see a sticker on something that says $50
and then offer them $3 for it. Must be my bad negotiating skills.

That's the "or best offer" part. There's something very odd that
inhibits people from offering. I don't get it.
