Like: Unfortunately you're correct - Y-cables can damage the works. Go with a switching unit of sorts. You can wire one pc straight and the other two to an A/B switch, using the existing two pairs of spkrs. You can go deluxe and get one of those devices the scanner people use that's almost a small pa system. It will probably cost more than your pc's. You can probably also go with something like a line mixer, which you can run all pc's to, set the levels, and run one set of spkrs. I suspect most of this is way more complicated than just running a new line or using a speaker switch. If you have any specific wiring questions, you're welcome to email me offlist. -=-=- ...
