You can check if your apps are known to work at appdb.winehq.org. If wine doesn't quite do it for you, I'd recommend Crossover from Codeweavers. It's based on wine, but with some things to make it easier to work with and special handling for certain apps. It costs money, but I've found it to be well worth it. Since the changes from Codeweavers go directly into wine, you can also think of it as helping pay to improve wine. If you simply can't get your app to work on wine or Crossover, I'd recommend using QEMU to install windows in a VM. If you need further instructions on that, just ask. Attachment:
