They are an Anglo-Dutch publisher who purchased W.B. Saunders back in 2001, I think. Saunders was mainly a medical publisher and owned Mosby as well. Saunders also owned Harcourt Education (formerly Harcourt and Harcourt Brace Janovich) who you may know publishes school textbooks.
