[PLUG] NAS recommendations

For the last several years I've had my network storage on a hard drive 
attached to SLUG (Linksys NSLU2) but I would like to move to something 
bigger and better.  So over the past several months I've been buying 
parts as sales come along.  I have 2 300GB SATA hard drives and none of 
the P-3 boxes I had around supported SATA (so much for using older boxes 
but don't worry there are other projects on the horizon).  I tried 
getting cards for the SATA drives but could not find one that was cheap 
and had driver support.   So I order a bare bones system that should 
arrive today.

   Any suggesting on what to use for the NAS?

         FreeNAS
         OpenFiler
         Ubuntu

PS    Someday I'll make a meeting and look forward to it.  I've enjoyed 
to few I've been able to make.
