DSL is a good one. i'd do an install if i could.
also, debian is pretty good with ancient hardware. it has an install option for low-mem systems (it's actually a "step" right in the installer, just enter the boot paramater "expert" when loading the disc)
i mean, not a good chance of X working well, but i'm sure you could get CLI working

able to run DSL (damn small linux) live from CD on it but blaked at Ubuntu saying it could not boot and used CD2 - well there is no CD2. I am using the alternate install CD (for low memory systems). Anyone have any ideas
on what will install on something like this? Not a big deal. I was going to throw it away but thought I would play a little. It has Win98 on it now. 800x600 screen.

Bill Gates is to hacking as Sid Vicious was to the Sex Pistols: no talent, everyone hates him, and he's just in it for the fame and money.
